About the role

What you'll be doing

  1. Effectively handle inbound calls from new customers, providing a seamless onboarding experience
  2. Assist customers with account set-up, answering questions, and resolving any issues or concerns
  3. Maintain accurate customer records and follow all company policies and procedures

  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a high level of service delivery
