Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues efficiently and professionally. This position is open to all applicants with strong communication skills and a passion for helping people.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat, or in person to provide support and information about products and services.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and ensure resolution and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as needed.
  • Process orders, applications, and service requests promptly and accurately.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and support.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to maintain consistent quality standards.
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is an advantage but not required).
  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not mandatory — training will be provided.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with email, chat, and CRM systems.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Adaptability to handle various customer personalities and situations.
