About the role

FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION (FORMERLY SANKO FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION' is seeking a motivated and customer-focused CSR Agent to join our team in Cebu City, Cebu. As a full-time CSR Agent, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
  2. Providing accurate and timely responses to customer questions and concerns
  3. Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
  4. Updating customer records and maintaining detailed documentation of all interactions
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  6. Adhering to established customer service policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the maritime or logistics industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle complex customer inquiries
  4. Proficiency in using various customer service software and tools
  5. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
