Job Overview

The After-sales Admin Coordinator reports to the After-sales Manager and is responsible for coordinating and updating parts and service files, as well as preparing compliance reports. The role ensures that after-sales records are accurate and timely. The After-sales Admin Coordinator liaises with Service Advisors and Parts Advisors to support smooth after-sales operations.
