Job Summary:

The After-Sales Consultant is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by providing excellent post-sales support and service. This role focuses on coordinating vehicle servicing, repairs, and warranty processes, as well as addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers after the sale of vehicles.
  • Schedule and coordinate customer appointments for preventive maintenance, repairs, and warranty claims.
  • Provide accurate estimates of service costs, timelines, and required procedures.
  • Monitor repair progress and keep customers informed throughout the service process.
  • Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and parts personnel to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Handle customer complaints or feedback and ensure proper resolution in line with company standards.
  • Promote service packages, parts, and accessories to increase customer loyalty and revenue.
  • Prepare service reports, job orders, and warranty documentation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive products, warranty policies, and service procedures.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback after service completion.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Course in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in automotive after-sales, customer service, or dealership operations.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems, maintenance, and warranty processes.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and dealership management systems (DMS).
