Job Description:

WiseCare Providers, Inc., a leading HMO broker, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented After Sales and Renewal Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring top-notch customer service and handling after-sales support and renewal processes for our HMO clients. You will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring the seamless renewal of their health plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing after-sales inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups.

Manage the HMO policy renewal process, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.

Coordinate with insurance providers and clients to confirm policy updates and renewals.

Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation is current.

Resolve issues and concerns related to post-sale services and renewals.

Support the sales team with administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (Business Related - preferred but not required) or equivalent work experience.

Prior experience in customer service, HMO-related roles, or administrative support is preferred.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Knowledge of HMO products and services is an advantage, but not required.
