Job Description:

The After-Sales Representative is responsible for providing efficient and reliable customer support after service delivery within the logistics operations. This role ensures that client concerns, delivery issues, and service feedback are addressed promptly and professionally. The position aims to maintain high customer satisfaction, strengthen client relationships, and support the company's commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to delivery, shipment status, or service quality.
  • Coordinate with dispatch, operations, and customer service teams to resolve post-delivery issues.
  • Monitor delivery performance and ensure corrective actions are implemented for service delays or discrepancies.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on client feedback, service incidents, and resolutions.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and service completion.
  • Support the continuous improvement of after-sales and customer care processes.
  • Assist in claims processing, such as lost or damaged shipments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in logistics, customer service, or after-sales operations.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics management systems.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple client concerns professionally
