Job Summary:

The Project Site Liaison (Utility / Messenger) serves as the main link between the project site and the head office.

The role includes coordinating site communications, submitting and receiving documents, facilitating deliveries, and supporting site administrative needs.

The liaison also assists with physical inspection of subcontractors' manpower, tools, and materials; monitors site issues and reports; oversees petty cash usage; and ensures the proper delivery of drinking water and basic site maintenance.

Job Summary:

  • This position is site-based applicants due to the physical and logistical nature of the role.

Utility, Maintenance & Site Support

  • Perform general maintenance support such as organizing storage areas, cleaning assigned areas, and assisting in minor repairs.
  • Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of common areas, staff sheds, and field offices.
  • Monitor and coordinate drinking water deliveries, counter-check volume and frequency, and maintain water logbooks.
  • Help with event setups, orientations, toolbox meetings, or inspections when required.

Material & Subcontractor Monitoring

Check and record deliveries of materials, tools, and equipment before they are accepted by the warehouse.

Inspect and report on subcontractors' manpower, tools, and materials upon entry and exit at the site.

Document and escalate any non-compliance or issues to the Site Engineer or Warehouse Custodian.

Petty Cash Handling (Limited)

·Handle petty cash for minor, urgent site-related purchases (e.g., office supplies, emergency materials).

· Ensure all expenditures are properly documented with receipts and submitted for liquidation in a timely manner.

Utility & Messenger Functions

· Handle physical delivery and pick-up of documents, materials, tools, and office supplies between the site, head office, and external parties (LGUs, suppliers, banks).

· Run errands such as securing permits, paying bills, or assisting with deliveries as instructed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
