On-Site Nurse (Contractual – 12 Months)

Job SummaryWe are looking for a compassionate and reliable On-Site Nurse to join our General Construction project team for a 12-month contractual engagement. The On-Site Nurse will be responsible for providing immediate medical care, promoting health and safety practices, and supporting emergency response within the construction site. Outstanding performance and dedication may lead to retention or extension beyond the project's duration, subject to work evaluation

.Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first aid treatment and medical assistance to workers on-site.

  • Monitor and maintain workers' health records and medical clearances.

  • Support emergency response in case of accidents or health incidents.

  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations.

  • Conduct routine health checks and promote health awareness among staff.

  • Administer prescribed medications and basic healthcare interventions when necessary.

  • Maintain medical supplies, first aid kits, and ensure availability of emergency equipment.

  • Coordinate with safety officers and management on health and wellness initiatives.

  • Prepare and submit medical and incident reports to management.

  • Assist in planning and implementing workplace health and safety programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

  • Licensed Nurse (with valid PRC license).

  • Preferably with BLS/First Aid and Occupational Health & Safety certifications.

  • At least 1–2 years of nursing experience (construction/industrial site experience is an advantage).

  • Strong knowledge of first aid, emergency care, and workplace health protocols.

  • Excellent communication, assessment, and record-keeping skills.

  • Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergencies.

  • Willing to be assigned on-site and adapt to shifting schedules if required.
