Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure buildings and sites accurately using tools like total stations, GPS, and laser scanners.
  • Do measurements before construction starts and after it's done to help with planning and design.
  • Set up reference points and layout lines based on building plans.
  • Make sure walls, ceilings, and utilities are placed correctly.
  • Collect and process measurements using software like AutoCAD or Revit.Create drawings, reports, and 3D models to help the design and construction teams.
  • Work with architects, engineers, designers, and site supervisors to ensure measurements match what's needed.
  • Help solve any issues with the site that might affect the work.
  • Keep surveying tools in good condition and make sure they give accurate results.
  • Double-check measurements on site to ensure everything is built correctly.
  • Willing to be assign in CLARK PAMPANGA

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geodetic Engineering, Geomatics, Land Surveying, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the fit-out, interior, or construction industry.
  • Proficient in surveying tools and software (e.g., Leica, Trimble, AutoCAD, Total Station, Civil 3D, Revit).
  • Strong understanding of spatial measurements in built environments (walls, ceilings, services).
  • Skilled in interpreting architectural and structural drawings.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset.
