HR Manager – Job Description
The HR Manager oversees all people-related functions, including recruitment, hiring, and onboarding; training and development; performance management; compensation and benefits; and employee relations. This role is responsible for developing HR policies, ensuring legal compliance, managing compensation programs, fostering a positive workplace culture, and aligning HR strategies with overall business objectives.
The HR Manager serves as a key liaison between employees and management, handling employee relations matters such as conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. They also play a strategic role in talent management to maximize employee performance, engagement, and organizational success.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Oversee job descriptions, candidate sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and the successful integration of new hires.
Policy & Compliance
- Develop, implement, and interpret HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company standards.
Employee Relations
- Mediate employee conflicts and manage disciplinary processes.
- Conduct exit interviews and support initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Training & Development
- Identify training and development needs.
- Organize and facilitate training programs that support employee growth and career advancement.
Compensation & Benefits
- Administer payroll and employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave programs, and performance-based incentives.
Performance Management
- Support the performance appraisal process.
- Establish performance criteria and address performance-related concerns.
Strategic Planning
- Partner with executives and leadership on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives.
Essential Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with diplomacy and active listening abilities.
- Proven conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Leadership capabilities, including coaching and mentoring.
- Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
- Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php50,000.00 per month

- Ortigas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
