Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Conduct sourcing, screening, and initial interviews for various positions.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
  • Assist in preparing job offers and employment contracts.
  • Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation.
  • Ensure all pre-employment requirements are complete and properly filed.

2. Employee Relations

  • Address basic employee concerns and escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Assist in implementing company policies, rules, and regulations.
  • Support HR in handling disciplinary actions and documentation.
  • Help maintain a positive workplace culture through communication and employee engagement activities.

3. Compensation & Benefits Administration

  • Assist in processing payroll-related documents (e.g., attendance, overtime, leave forms).
  • Support enrollment, updating, and monitoring of government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Maintain and track employees' leave balances, records, and credits.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.

4. Training & Development

  • Coordinate training schedules, materials, and attendance.
  • Maintain training records and support the implementation of employee development programs.

5. HR Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate and updated employee 201 files and HR databases/HRIS.
  • Prepare HR reports such as headcount, turnover, attendance, and recruitment status.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Monitor contract expirations, probationary evaluations, and renewals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Preferably 1 year of HR experience.
  • Knowledge of basic HR functions and labor laws is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and HR systems.
