Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Conduct sourcing, screening, and initial interviews for various positions.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Assist in preparing job offers and employment contracts.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation.
- Ensure all pre-employment requirements are complete and properly filed.
2. Employee Relations
- Address basic employee concerns and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Assist in implementing company policies, rules, and regulations.
- Support HR in handling disciplinary actions and documentation.
- Help maintain a positive workplace culture through communication and employee engagement activities.
3. Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Assist in processing payroll-related documents (e.g., attendance, overtime, leave forms).
- Support enrollment, updating, and monitoring of government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Maintain and track employees' leave balances, records, and credits.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.
4. Training & Development
- Coordinate training schedules, materials, and attendance.
- Maintain training records and support the implementation of employee development programs.
5. HR Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate and updated employee 201 files and HR databases/HRIS.
- Prepare HR reports such as headcount, turnover, attendance, and recruitment status.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Monitor contract expirations, probationary evaluations, and renewals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferably 1 year of HR experience.
- Knowledge of basic HR functions and labor laws is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and HR systems.
