JOB OVERVIEW
- Full-time Position

- Schedule: Night Shift | 8PM - 5AM PH
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruiting & Hiring Support (Primary Focus)
- Coordinate end-to-end recruiting support for U.S. and international roles
- Post job openings, manage applicant tracking, and screen resumes
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain recruiting pipelines and status reporting
- Assist with offer letter preparation and onboarding documentation
- Support background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment steps
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Own and manage the onboarding process from offer acceptance through first 90 days
- Prepare onboarding packets, systems access checklists, and training schedules
- Coordinate with IT, Operations, and Finance for new hire setup
- Track onboarding completion and employee documentation
- Manage offboarding checklists, exit documentation, and system access coordination
HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle
- Maintain accurate employee records and digital personnel files
- Track employment changes (promotions, salary changes, role updates)
- Assist with benefits administration coordination (U.S.-based benefits vendors)
- Respond to routine employee HR inquiries
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
Policy, Compliance & Documentation
- Administer HR policies and procedures under U.S. leadership guidance
- Ensure documentation aligns with U.S. employment practices (with oversight)
- Maintain confidentiality and data security for sensitive employee information
- Assist with audits, reporting, and compliance-related requests
HR Operations & Scaling Support
- Help build and document scalable HR processes for a growing company
- Maintain HR trackers, dashboards, and reports
- Support implementation and administration of HR systems (HRIS, ATS, etc.)
- Identify process improvement opportunities as headcount grows
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or similar role
- Strong experience supporting recruiting and onboarding processes
- Prior experience supporting U.S.-based companies or clients strongly preferred
- Experience working in a startup, high-growth, or fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to Php45,000.00 per month
