The Microsoft Technical Specialist will manage and execute all Microsoft 365 projects across the organization ensuring smooth planning, deployment and support of MS 365. As Microsoft Technical Specialist, you will be the expert of the platform, work closely with our PH & AU operations to drive efficiency, security, and effective collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, execute, and support Microsoft 365 projects including deployment, migration, configuration, integration and process improvements
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 environments (Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, etc.).
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical expertise across Microsoft platforms.
  • Collaborate with Management to align business needs with Microsoft technologies.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices

Job Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Microsoft Technical Specialist, Microsoft 365 Engineer, or similar role.
  • At least 5 years of expertise in Microsoft 365 administration
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and project management capability
  • Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional teams
  • Relevant certifications (Microsoft Certified, MS-900, MS-700, MS-100, MS-101, AZ-900) are a plus
