We're looking for Microsoft Solutions Architect who is an expert in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Project Management. You'll take ownership of our IT systems, ensure stability and security, and lead initiatives that make our operations more efficient and resilient.

You'll work closely with our IT team, manage critical systems, and contribute to projects that impact the entire group.

Job Responsibilities:

Technical & User Support

  • Provide advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Resolve escalated IT tickets with speed and precision
  • Maintain detailed documentation for processes and configurations

Microsoft 365 & Azure Administration

  • Manage Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure resources
  • Administer accounts, groups, permissions, and security policies
  • Implement MFA, DLP, and encryption to protect data
  • Optimize service performance and availability

Network & Infrastructure Management

  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server & Linux systems
  • Manage firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and antivirus solutions
  • Oversee system upgrades, migrations, and deployments

Continuous Improvement & Projects

  • Lead or contribute to IT projects and process improvements
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices
  • Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency
Job Qualifications:
  1. 7+ years proven experience in system administration
  2. Expert-level Microsoft 365 and Azure administration skills
  3. Strong knowledge of server OS, virtualization, and networking
  4. Experience in Linux environments and system monitoring tools
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and project management capability
  6. Strong communication skills for working with cross-functional teams
  7. Relevant certifications (Microsoft Certified, VMware VCP) are a plus
