Job Opportunity: IT Specialist

We're seeking a resourceful and tech-savvy IT Specialist to join our growing team. If you're passionate about solving technical challenges and ensuring smooth system operations, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backup protocols.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system errors and connectivity issues.
  • Maintain documentation of IT assets, procedures, and incident reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support operational needs.
Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in IT support or systems administration.
  • Graduate of BSIT, BSCS, BSCoE, BSECE, BSMIS.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and CCTV installation/monitoring is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Degree or certification in Information Technology or related field preferred.
