Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Technical Lead. The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading and managing the technical team, planning and implementing technical strategies, overseeing technical projects, ensuring system quality, and maintaining technical infrastructure. The Technical Lead will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with the company's objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experienced Tier 2 or Tier 3 admin
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
  • Proficiency Zoom VOIP, Ring Central or other VOIP platforms
  • Proficiency in Windows desktop and server environment
  • Maintain technical infrastructure
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the legal or tech industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • Experience with Vtiger, Salesforce or other CRM platform development
