About the role

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide friendly, professional and efficient customer service to clients via phone, email and chat
  2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  3. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  4. Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to your team
  5. Uphold the company's brand and values in all customer interactions

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  2. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  3. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  4. Enthusiasm, patience and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
  5. High school diploma or equivalent
  6. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred but not required
