The Human Resource Documentation Intern will provide support to the HR department by assisting in the preparation, organization, and maintenance of HR-related documents and records. The role is designed to give interns exposure to HR processes, compliance requirements, and administrative best practices while contributing to the department's efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing, organizing, and updating employee records and HR documents.
- Support in digitizing and archiving HR files to ensure accuracy and easy retrieval.
- Help in reviewing HR forms and documents for completeness and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with staff to collect, verify, and update HR-related information.
- Provide administrative support during audits, policy updates, or internal reviews.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper handling of sensitive employee information.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with digital filing systems.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
