Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Assistant to support our HR department in daily operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll processing and at least one year of professional experience in human resources functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in payroll preparation and processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources.
- Experience in payroll processing is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
