Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in human resources operations and practices. As an HR Intern, you will support the HR department in key functions such as recruitment, employee relations, administration, and engagement initiatives, helping to create a positive and efficient workplace environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding of new employees by preparing documents, facilitating orientations, and coordinating training logistics.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events to promote a positive work culture.
- Respond to basic employee inquiries and provide HR-related information as needed.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct research on HR trends and best practices to support continuous improvement.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
