The Distribution Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate receipt, dispatch, and documentation of all stock movements in compliance with customer requirements, company standards, and Service Level Agreements. The role involves implementing and monitoring standard routines and procedures, guiding warehouse personnel for full compliance, and ensuring operational efficiency. Additionally, the Operations Supervisor plans and organizes developmental activities for their team to enhance performance, skills, and competencies aligned with key operational goals and KPIs.

The candidate must be a graduate of in Business Management or any related four-year course, with at least one year of experience in warehousing. They should have a strong understanding of warehouse operations, procedures, processes, and systems, as well as a solid background in Good Warehousing Practices (GWP).
