WHOLESALE SUPERVISOR

(School Supplies – Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija)

We are looking for a Wholesale Supervisor who will lead our sales and distribution of school supplies to sari-sari stores, resellers, bookstores, and institutional clients (schools, offices, cooperatives).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales & Client Management

  • Manage wholesale accounts (resellers, schools, bookstores).
  • Handle inquiries, quotations, price lists, and discounts for bulk orders.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct store visits / client visits to build partnerships and increase repeat orders.

Inventory & Operations

  • Monitor stock levels, fast-moving items, and reorder schedules.
  • Coordinate with warehouse for order preparation, dispatch, and deliveries.
  • Ensure accuracy of deliveries, invoices, and sales documents.
  • Prepare sales reports, wholesale performance tracking, and demand forecasts.

Team Supervision

  • Lead and assist Sales Agents / Wholesale Staff
  • Assign daily tasks, routes, and priorities.
  • Provide basic product training on school supplies categories.

Customer Service

  • Ensure smooth and fast transaction from ordering to delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College graduate (Business, Marketing, or related field) OR SHS graduate with experience.
  • 1-2 years experience in sales, merchandising, wholesale, distribution, or retail.
  • Knowledgeable in school supplies categories (notebooks, art materials, office supplies, etc.) is a BIG advantage.
  • Must be organized, trustworthy, and able to handle documents/inventory.
  • Can lead a small team and manage multiple accounts.
  • With excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.
  • Willing to do fieldwork (client visits) when needed.
  • With own motorcycle is an advantage (fuel allowance or reimbursement provided).
