JOB SUMMARY:

Manage the business side of water supply operations of Pueblo de Oro in Cagayan de Oro City. He/She shall manage the water demand and supply and after-sales services, including the supervision of meter readers and disconnectors; handles different types of customers from household customers to commercial and key accounts; ensure that their needs and concerns (within the minimum standard of PDO) are addressed thru stakeholder and account management.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Documents and monitors new water service applications to make sure installations are executed within standards.
  • Monitor and drive disconnection activities to ensure that collection efficiency is met.
  • Ensures that all customer accounts especially commercial accounts are updated.
  • Responds to customer queries and complaints; ensures that customer Service Standards are being met.
  • Organizes meetings, public consultation, and announcement with HOA (Homeowners Association) and customers for immediate concern

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php33,000.00 per month
