About the role
We are seeking a dedicated 24/7 HMO Customer Service Officer to join our team at RAROCO INSURANCE BROKERS INC.' in Makati City Metro Manila. This is a full-time role, offering competitive remuneration and excellent benefits. As the 24/7 HMO Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, and resolving issues related to their health maintenance organization (HMO) plans.
What you'll be doing
- Responding to incoming phone calls, emails, and messages from clients in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate information about HMO plans, coverage, and claims processing
- Assisting clients with the submission and tracking of HMO claims
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to HMO policies and benefits
- Maintaining detailed records of all client interactions and follow-up actions
- Collaborating with the broader customer service team to ensure a consistent and exceptional level of service
- Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the insurance or healthcare industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address client inquiries and concerns
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to navigate various software systems
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuously improving customer experience
