Job Description
As a Revenue and Customer Service Officer, you'll be responsible for accurate billing, contract management, CRM alignment, and prompt client support. You'll handle invoicing, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting both the finance and customer service teams.

Shift: Day Shift, Monday to Friday (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PHT)

The Qualifications We Seek
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance related course
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong proficiency in relevant administrative, operational, or support functions
- HubSpot required; any accounting software is good to have, but NetSuite is preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data validation
- Experience in billing, accounts receivable, or revenue operations functions
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to interpret financial information and troubleshoot billing discrepancies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of basic accounting principles is an advantage
Your Daily Tasks
Revenue and Billing
- Prepare, review, and issue accurate invoices in line with contract terms and billing schedules.
- Maintain and update billing records and trackers in Excel, using tools such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas.
- Reconcile revenue and billing data across internal systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, escalating issues where necessary.
- Assist in month-end revenue reporting and analysis, producing Excel-based summaries for Finance and Management.
Contract & CRM Management
- Manage the creation, execution, and renewal of customer contracts including MSAs and SOWs.
- Ensure all contracts are accurately aligned with CRM opportunities and reflect agreed terms.
- Monitor contract renewals proactively in the CRM, maintaining dashboards and supporting the sales team with timely actions.
Customer Service
- Respond to client billing and service queries professionally and efficiently.
- Manage and action customer service tickets, liaising with internal teams to resolve issues while keeping clients informed.
- Support continuous improvement of billing and customer service processes, with a focus on automation, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide support for CSM team and customer support activities (Inboxes management, Onboarding & Customer reporting).
Governance & Process
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, audit standards, and data integrity requirements.
- Support initiatives that improve billing efficiency, reporting automation, and process alignment between commercial and finance functions.
