The Customer Service Assistant will be assigned to the following tasks:

  • Handling inquiries in all platforms including social media channels, e-mail and phone calls in a timely manner.
  • Accommodating clients during office consultations in a welcoming way.
  • Follow-up any customer service and sales related matters in a professional attitude.
  • Help the team achieve the target revenue.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Fresh graduate or undergraduates with relevant work experience are welcome to apply.
  • Must be with good communication skills.
  • Must be computer literate.

Upon regularization, you will be granted with:
