Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Payroll Associate/ Consultant located in Mandaluyong. The sucessfull candidate will be responsible for the preparation and processing of payroll for employees, ensuring timely and accurate billing for services provided, and resolving any payroll discrepancies. Daily tasks also include maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with local payroll regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in payroll processing, payroll record management, and resolving payroll discrepancies
- Knowledge of local payroll regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using payroll software and MS Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience working in a global or multi-country payroll environment is a plus
