  • Monitor implementation of internal rules on tardiness, leaves, and disciplinary deductions.
  • Ensure payroll practices conform with DOLE requirements, minimum wage laws, and government-mandated benefits.
  • Payroll and salary processing, such as payroll disbursement, issuance of payslips
  • Compute and deduct statutory deductions and employee contributions
  • Conduct regular audits of payroll reports, remittance schedules, and tax filings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Update employee records for any changes in tax codes, contribution brackets, or employment status.
  • Generate monthly statutory remittance files (e.g., SSS R3, PHIC RF-1, Pag-IBIG remittance forms).
  • File and remit monthly, quarterly, and annual returns and reports for SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR 1601-C, BIR 2316, and Alphalist of Employees
  • Generate monthly payroll summaries, government payment reports, and audit status updates.
  • Coordinate with third-party auditors, BIR examiners, and government agencies when necessary
  • Stay updated on new payroll tax regulations and ensure timely adjustments to practices.
  • Provide training and guidance to relevant departments on payroll-related compliance.
  • With at least 6 mons to 1 year experience handling payroll and government compliances
