Objectives of this Role
Maintain constant communication with management, associates, and partners to ensure proper operations of the business
Ensures associates have the required skills and ability to respond to calls/chats/cases for support, inquiries from clients, and other client related problems.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures in partnership with US & IND
Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to improve and sustain the organizations capacity
Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget
Oversee staffing requirements, recruitment of new associates as needed (for visibility purposes) Qualifications3-5 years of customer service, benefits administration, payroll, HR or related experience. (Required / Highly Preferred)
2 -3 years leadership experience (Required)
Proven proficiency in prioritizing critical client issues and managing workflow. (Required)
Effective oral and written communication skills required.
Strong interpersonal, conflict management and mentoring skills.
Effective time management skills, organization, and planning required
