Position: B2B Visual Content & Social Media Marketing Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

Visual Content Creation (for Website, Social Media, Training and Sales Support):

  • Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos showcasing the toodle ecosystem in use, specifically targeting the following audiences: Hospitality, Multi-Use Venues, Food & Beverages, Events and Entertainment.
  • Focus on creating compelling demonstration videos that are also suitable for end-user training.
  • Create visuals with a clear purpose, addressing specific pain points of businesses and end-users.
  • Utilize free or low-cost tools and resources for video editing, image editing, and graphic design.
  • Ensure all visual content is optimized for use on our website, social media channels, and in B2B training materials for end-users (waiters, serving staff, merchant users).

Social Media Management (Focus on Execution):

  • Execute a social media content plan focused on reaching B2B audiences across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, utilizing the visual content created.
  • Create compelling captions that tie in with the visuals.
  • Actively engage with our online community.

Website Development and Refresh:

  • Contribute to refreshing our existing generic website and developing new, dedicated pages for each B2B target audience.
  • Utilize the created visual content to enhance these B2B pages.
  • Ensure the website serves as the central hub for sales-ready marketing materials.

Skills Preferred:

  • Demonstrated experience in creating visual content with a strong portfolio.
  • Comfortable with video editing and image creation tools, able to produce engaging content with a resourceful and creative approach.
  • Proficiency in using free or low-cost video and image editing software.
  • Experience in managing social media accounts, with a focus on B2B audiences.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

As you will be working from home, please be advised that we will require you to prepare certain Technical Requirements for you to meet the industry standard.

  • A dedicated secluded working space away from noise and any distractions
  • Updated personal computer or laptop with webcam
  • Stable internet connection of at least 5Mbps and a backup of a pocket WiFi or Mobile Data
