Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a
highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have
3+ years of B2B sales experience
and a strong track record of generating leads and booking qualified meetings.
As an SDR, you will be responsible for prospecting, outreach, and qualifying opportunities for our sales team. This is a fast-paced role that requires
excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outreach via cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn prospecting
Research and identify potential leads through networking and market analysis
Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team
Prospect mid-market and enterprise accounts to generate high-value opportunities
Maintain a high level of activity to consistently meet or exceed targets
Build and nurture relationships with potential clients
Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies
Track and report sales activities and pipeline progress in a timely manner
Stay updated on industry trends and identify new business opportunities
Represent the company at networking events and conferences
Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies
Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in lead generation or appointment setting
Proven success in outbound prospecting and building pipeline
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written)
Proficiency in cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Knowledge of software development services is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
