About the Role

We're looking for a
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
who is more than just a lead gatherer. We need someone who actively drives conversations, secures sales meetings, and books qualified appointments—not just someone who builds contact lists. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes initiative without waiting for instructions, and knows how to use tools strategically to build pipeline and deliver results. If you're experienced in Tech Sales and confident using tools like Zoho, Zoom, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage qualified business opportunities through outbound channels such as LinkedIn, email, and Zoom.
  • Actively book demos and discovery calls—not just gather leads.
  • Manage and update CRM records (Zoho or similar) accurately and consistently.
  • Create branded outreach materials and presentations using Canva and PowerPoint.
  • Track campaign and outreach performance using Excel to analyze key metrics and optimize results.
  • Collaborate with business development teams to align messaging, targeting, and appointment setting strategies.
  • Provide feedback on outreach tools, messaging, and campaign outcomes to help refine our process.
  • Take full ownership of your outreach and performance targets with minimal supervision.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Proven senior-level experience in SDR, BDR, or tech sales roles—especially in B2B or SaaS.
  • Skilled in using CRMs like Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • Proficient in Zoom for hosting or managing sales calls and virtual presentations.
  • Strong command of Excel for performance tracking and KPI reporting.
  • Experience using PowerPoint to build or present sales materials.
  • Proficient in Canva for creating visual outreach assets.
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and confident in remote, independent work environments.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
