About the Role

We're now looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive the next stage of our growth. This role is the engine of our outbound sales effort, responsible for building and nurturing a pipeline of qualified opportunities for the business development team.

You'll be identifying and connecting with mid-to-large businesses across Australia and New Zealand (primary markets) and Southeast Asia (secondary markets). You'll be responsible for prospecting, outreach and lead qualification using our existing sales stack, , LinkedIn, and DotDigital, with all direction coming from senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and target companies that match our Ideal Client Profile (ICP) across AU/NZ and SEA.
  • Execute structured, multi-channel outreach campaigns using (email, LinkedIn and calls).
  • Qualify leads based on service fit, budget, and digital maturity.
  • Manage and update all lead activity and deal stages in Apollo.
  • Book qualified meetings for the Head of Business Development.
  • Follow up and nurture engaged leads through Apollo automations and CRM tracking.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine ICP targeting, messaging and outreach cadences.
  • Provide weekly reporting on outreach activity, meeting rates and pipeline progression.
  • Maintain a professional, consistent brand voice in all communications.
  • Continuously optimise personal workflows to increase efficiency and hit KPIs.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B outbound sales, lead generation, or sales development.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English.
  • Proven success booking qualified meetings and achieving activity targets.
  • Strong familiarity with and CRM tools.
  • Confident on the phone, professional, articulate and calm under pressure.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple outreach sequences simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, accountable and hungry to perform - no handholding required.
  • A proactive, strategic thinker who understands business value, not just sales volume.
