Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Philippines - 100% Remote

Job Type: Part-Time

Hours: between 8am-5pm U.S. Eastern Time, M-F hours a week)

N-Tier Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to support one of our clients in North America, an IT service provider and a proud partner of ServiceNow, HPE and VMWare.

The Sales Representative will be reaching out to potential customers who have visited our client's website and expressed interest in their company, whether for ServiceNow projects, staffing, or partnership opportunities. They will contact leads stored in the database and follow a scripted introduction to present our client's services. If the contact shows interest, the caller will then schedule a meeting between the contact and a client representative.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

· Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and networking

· Present and promote services to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and value

· Schedule meetings between interested prospects and the client representative

· Develop and maintain positive relationships to support customer satisfaction and repeat business

· Prepare and submit reports and documentation to management

· Other tasks may be assigned as needed

Requirements:

· B2B inside sales experience preferably in the U.S. market and in the I.T. industry

· Must have strong interpersonal, presentation, and English communication skills

· Proven track record in lead generation, cold calling, negotiation and deal closure

· Organized and detail-oriented

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Proficient with Office 365, LinkedIn, CRM tool(Zoho, HubSpot)

· Completed an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree

· Has a professional and detailed LinkedIn profile

· Able to work between 8:00am-5:00pm U.S. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday
