We are growing our team and looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us reach more clients, expand our network, and build meaningful connections with expatriates across Asia.
Role Overview
As an SDR, you will be on the front line of our business development efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, contact, and qualify potential clients through cold calling, lead research, and prospecting. You will work closely with senior advisers to book meetings and set up opportunities for financial planning consultations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients (expatriates in Asia and beyond).
- Research and build a pipeline of qualified leads through online tools, social media, and databases.
- Engage prospects in professional conversations to understand their needs and interest in financial planning services.
- Set up appointments and meetings for senior financial advisers.
- Track all outreach activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs (calls, leads generated, meetings booked).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on inbound leads and campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, telemarketing, or call center sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and persuasive phone manner.
- Highly self-motivated and target-driven.
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections.
- Ability to research and identify potential clients online.
- Organized, with strong time management and CRM skills.
- Experience in financial services or working with expatriates is an advantage (but not required).
