Billing Monitoring Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor billing progress and ensure timely submission of billing documents.
- Validate completeness and correctness of supporting documents (DR, JO, PO, SOA, etc.).
- Track outstanding or aging billings and update monitoring sheets.
- Follow up with internal departments and clients on pending requirements.
- Coordinate with accounting or finance for billing schedules and posting.
- Ensure accurate filing and documentation of billing records.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly billing status reports for management.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any business, accounting, or related course.
- Experience in billing, documentation, or administrative coordination is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets (tracker, pivot tables, basic formulas).
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Can work with minimal supervision and can handle multiple billing items.
