Billing and invoicing:

  • Generate and send accurate invoices to clients.
  • Ensure invoices correctly reflect products, services, and pricing agreements.
  • Prepare and post statements of accounts.

Payment and accounts receivable management:

  • Track payments and issue receipts.
  • Process client payments.
  • Monitor and oversee accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and perform account reconciliations.

Collections and follow-up:

  • Monitor accounts with overdue payments.
  • Contact clients via phone, email, or mail to follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements with customers.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and clients to resolve billing and collection issues.

Record-keeping and reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client accounts.
  • Document collection attempts and client communication.
  • Generate and send reports to management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php22, Php30,000.00 per month
