Client Outreach Specialist
The Client Outreach Specialist reports to the Head of Enterprise and supports the Enterprise Team's Education Consultants to reach out through telemarketing and Electronic Digital Mailers (EDM) campaigns for the purpose of lead generation.
Responsibilities
· Lead Generation and Administrative Duties
- Prospecting potential clients through research and other prepared listings.
- Calling prospective customers through telecommunications technology systems.
- Influence customers to meet with client's sales team through prepared script
- Provide customers with information on client's company, services or product information.
- Secure appointments by recording names, addresses, purchases or appointment sheets
- Keep equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures.
- Secure information by completing data base backups or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintain operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Reporting and Recommendations
- Meet with the Head of Enterprise at least once per month for updates and reporting.
Mandatory Requirements
Qualifications
A minimum Bachelors' degree in any field.
Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office/ Google Workspace
- Proficiency in copywriting to create email Telemarketing campaigns
Experience
Must have at least 2 years Telemarketer/Sales experience
