JOB OVERVIEW: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with high-volume outreach, confident in engaging with decision-makers, and skilled at securing qualified appointments for premium service packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 400–500 outbound calls daily to prospects.
  • Schedule 10–20 qualified appointments per day with potential clients.
  • Engage with clients confidently and set appointments for packages valued at $6,000 and above.
  • Use HubSpot CRM to manage leads, update records, and track communication.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills with a clear American accent to effectively connect with clients.
  • Perform timely follow-ups with leads to maximize conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of booked appointments.
  • Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.
  • Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Inside Sales Representative, or similar role.
  • Comfortable making high volume calls daily and achieving high-volume outreach.
  • Strong ability to book 10–20 appointments per day with qualified leads.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a neutral or American accent.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM (or similar tools) to manage leads and track activity.
  • Confidence in engaging with clients purchasing high-ticket packages
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a fast-paced environment.
  • Goal-oriented, resilient, and motivated by meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the sales team.
  • Willingness to work on a US-based schedule and adapt to client availability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
