Job Description: Appointment Setter
As an Appointment Setter at Kratos Marketing, your main responsibility will be to contact potential clients and schedule appointments for our sales team. You'll serve as the first point of contact for prospects, making a great first impression and clearly communicating the value we provide.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to warm and cold leads.
- Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and appointments in our CRM.
- Follow up with leads who have shown interest but haven't scheduled.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for calls made, appointments set, and conversions.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or cold calling (preferred).
- Confidence in speaking to business owners and decision-makers.
- Highly organized and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection (for remote positions).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
