What You'll Do:

  • Reach out to prospects through outbound calls
  • Build rapport and qualify leads
  • Schedule appointments for our sales team
  • Keep records updated in our CRM
  • Work towards achievable daily and weekly goals

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or a related role
  • Strong spoken English communication skills (preferrably C1 - Advanced level)
  • Confident and comfortable with outbound calls
  • Organized, reliable, and motivated to succeed
  • Stable internet connection for remote work
  • Willing to join our virtual training program
