Appointment Setter – Solara Payment Solutions (Remote, Philippines)

Solara Payment Solutions is a fast-growing payments company helping U.S. businesses accept and manage payments more efficiently. We're looking for motivated, English-fluent appointment setters who know how to find and contact local businesses online, identify decision-makers, and book qualified appointments for our sales team.

What you'll do

  • Research and identify potential leads (Google Maps, social media, directories, etc.)
  • Reach out to business owners by phone or email
  • Explain our services and schedule qualified sales appointments
  • Record outreach activity and results
  • Work independently and stay consistent with daily outreach goals

What we offer

  • Remote work setup
  • Guaranteed payout once you've booked your first qualified appointment that closes
  • ₱300–₱500 per qualified appointment
  • ₱2,000 for each closed deal that originated from your appointment
  • ₱8,000 guaranteed monthly payout once you've achieved at least one qualified appointment that closes

What we're looking for

  • Comfortable finding leads and contacting business owners (not just calling random numbers)
  • Confident speaking and writing in English
  • Organized, goal-oriented, and able to manage outreach activity
  • Familiar with basic online tools (Google, spreadsheets, etc.)
