We are an appointment generation company that partners with realtors, investors, and wholesalers to secure more one-on-one seller appointments every month. Our focus is not just on volume but on high-quality, motivated seller conversations that lead to real opportunities.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Appointment Setter with strong experience in cold calling for real estate investors or wholesalers. This role involves engaging homeowners looking to sell, building rapport, and booking qualified seller appointments for our clients.

You'll use tools such as Google Docs, Podio, and BatchDialer to manage outreach, track leads, and schedule appointments. Success in this role depends on your ability to connect personally with sellers, uncover motivations, and secure genuine commitments.

Responsibilities

  • Make daily outbound cold calls to property owners using BatchDialer
  • Build rapport with sellers, fostering trust through natural conversations
  • Uncover seller motivations, timelines, property conditions, and potential selling interest
  • Book qualified seller appointments for investors and realtors to visit properties
  • Accurately log call details, lead information, and appointment data into Podio and Google Docs
  • Meet performance expectations: 5 appointments in the first week or 2 per day minimum.
  • Remain resilient and professional even when handling high rejection rates

Qualifications

  • Proven cold calling experience (required) — preferably in real estate wholesaling, investing, or seller appointment setting
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to build rapport and make sellers feel comfortable sharing details
  • Organized and detail-oriented; strong documentation habits in CRM/Google Docs
  • Must be focused, dedicated, and results-driven
  • Open to commission-based compensation model with performance incentives

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistently booking 2+ qualified seller appointments daily
  • Delivering accurate, detailed information on seller motivations and property conditions
  • Helping investors/realtors secure high-quality walk-throughs that lead to conversions

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to Php20,000.00 per month
