What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing plans to promote the company's real estate products and services
  • Managing a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing coaching and mentoring to help them reach their full potential
  • Analysing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborating with the broader leadership team to align sales and marketing initiatives with the overall business objectives
  • Continuously optimising marketing campaigns and sales processes to improve efficiency and return on investment
  • Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators to measure the success of sales and marketing activities

  • Strong understanding of the local real estate market and the ability to identify emerging trends and opportunities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead, motivate, and inspire a team
  • Proficient in data analysis and the use of marketing technology to drive informed decision-making
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
