Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Manager located in Makati. The Sales and Marketing Manager will handle tasks including developing and implementing marketing strategies, driving sales growth, managing social media and digital campaigns, and coordinating with design and property management teams. Some work from home is acceptable as per company policy.

Qualifications

  • Marketing Strategy and Digital Marketing skills
  • Sales and Sales Management experience
  • Social Media Management and Content Creation skills
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Project Management and Coordination skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in real estate or property management is a plus
