We are a growing BPO company dedicated to delivering high-quality services and building strong partnerships with our global clients. We're looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager who will play a key role in shaping our people strategy while also overseeing the Administrative and Facilities Management functions of the company.

RequirementsKey Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management

  • Develop, implement, and manage HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company's goals.

  • Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, engagement, and offboarding.

  • Provide guidance and support to leadership and employees on HR-related issues, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor laws.

  • Lead initiatives focused on employee engagement, retention, and career development.

  • Ensure accurate and timely handling of payroll, benefits administration, and employee records.

Administrative & Facilities Oversight

  • Supervise office administration, maintenance, and facility operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant workplace.

  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for facilities upkeep and administrative support.

  • Manage office resources, inventory, and supplies.

  • Implement cost-effective administrative practices that support smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or a senior HR role—preferably within a BPO environment.

  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and compliance requirements.

  • Proven experience managing administrative and facilities functions.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Must be willing to report fully onsite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50,000.00 per month
