HR Manager

We are a growing BPO company dedicated to delivering high-quality services and building strong partnerships with our global clients. We're looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager who will play a key role in shaping our people strategy while also overseeing the Administrative and Facilities Management functions of the company.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management
Develop, implement, and manage HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company's goals.
Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, engagement, and offboarding.
Provide guidance and support to leadership and employees on HR-related issues, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor laws.
Lead initiatives focused on employee engagement, retention, and career development.
Ensure accurate and timely handling of payroll, benefits administration, and employee records.
Administrative & Facilities Oversight
Supervise office administration, maintenance, and facility operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant workplace.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for facilities upkeep and administrative support.
Manage office resources, inventory, and supplies.
Implement cost-effective administrative practices that support smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or a senior HR role—preferably within a BPO environment.
Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and compliance requirements.
Proven experience managing administrative and facilities functions.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Must be willing to report fully onsite.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php50,000.00 per month
