HR Specialist

a. Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the company's goals and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
b. Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
c. Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files accurately and confidentially.
d. Support training and development programs by coordinating schedules, preparing materials, and assisting with employee learning initiatives.
e. Participate in employee relations activities such as orientation, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement programs.
f. Prepare HR-related reports and documentation for internal and regulatory compliance purposes.
g. Provide support to employees regarding HR inquiries, policies, and procedures in a professional and timely manner.
h. Attend and participate in Operations and Management Team meetings, strategic planning activities, company events, trainings, and seminars to stay updated with company policies and for continuous learning.
i. Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by the HR Head or management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
Previous experience in an HR administrative role but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and managing HR communications
Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Area of Assignment: Balite, Buhangin, Davao City
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
