About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Freelance Recruiter to support our talent acquisition needs. This role is need-based and offers flexibility while allowing you to contribute directly to building high-performing teams. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across different functions to ensure we attract the right talent for our clients' and company's requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers/clients to understand role requirements and desired candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates using multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, direct outreach, etc.).
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the recruitment pipeline and maintain accurate candidate records.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and feedback between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Negotiate offers and assist with onboarding where required.
  • Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter (agency, in-house, or freelance).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions/projects independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Contract Details

  • Type: Freelance
  • Location: Remote (with occasional client/office visits if required)
  • Compensation: Competitive, based on successful placements and/or project scope

Hours: Flexible, depending on project demands

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 1 month

Pay: Php15, Php25,000.00 per month
