
Recruitment Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of accredited freelance real estate brokers and sales agents.
- Assist brokers and realty firms with the accreditation process to ensure they are compliant and ready to sell our projects.
- Develop and implement strategies to motivate and retain a high-performing sales team.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to brokers and agents.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all broker and agent inquiries, concerns, and support needs.
- Conduct regular Product Knowledge Seminars and scheduled site visits for brokers and agents to provide in-depth information about our projects, including features, benefits, and market positioning.
- Provide comprehensive training on the PAG-IBIG housing loan application process, requirements, and compliance standards.
- Equip the sales team with the necessary marketing materials, sales kits, and tools to effectively sell our properties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Jobstreet, and other industry-specific job boards).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to recruitment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information.
